How we handle speaking inquiries and your website privacy choices.

A speaking inquiry asks for your name, organization and email address. You may also provide a telephone number, audience, preferred topic, event date, location and other event details. We use this information to respond, discuss the program and coordinate your event. Sending an inquiry does not reserve a date or enroll you in a marketing subscription. Please do not include confidential client information, account details or individual tax documents.
Inquiry records are stored in the website’s WordPress system and delivered to the business by email. Website hosting and email providers process information needed to operate these services. We maintain a separate GoHighLevel workspace for professional speaking coordination. Accepted speaking inquiries are transferred through a verified server-side connection into speaking contacts and event opportunities. Raw browser form capture is disabled. The connection does not add a marketing subscription. We share inquiry information with service providers only as needed to operate the website, respond and manage the event, or when required by law.
Cloudflare Turnstile helps verify submissions before inquiry emails are sent. Cloudflare processes verification information, including browser, device and network signals, to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. A hidden form field supplies an additional spam check. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Spam protection remains available when optional analytics is declined.
Google Analytics helps us understand page visits and use of speaking resources. It loads only after you choose Allow analytics. You can choose Decline analytics and still browse, download materials and submit an inquiry. You can change your choice using Cookie choices in the footer. Your choice is stored in this browser for up to six months; clearing browser storage may ask you again.
If you allow analytics, Google can receive information such as page addresses, browser/device information and interactions, and use analytics cookies such as _ga. We measure inquiry starts, accepted inquiry delivery, controlled error categories, speaking-link clicks, telephone-link clicks and planner-material clicks. Our custom events do not include your name, email, telephone number or message contents. Automatic form-interaction measurement is disabled. See Google’s privacy policy. Necessary website functions, spam protection and administrative sign-in may use separate technical storage.
Our retention policy for speaking-inquiry records is three years after the last interaction. Records are reviewed for removal when that period ends. Event, transaction or dispute records may need to be retained longer where a legal requirement or ongoing obligation applies. Analytics data follows the settings of the analytics service and is separate from your inquiry record.
You may contact Paul Hogenson to ask about your inquiry information, correct it or request deletion. We will review and respond to your request, verify identity when needed and explain any information that must be kept. Privacy rights and exceptions may vary with your location and applicable law. For cookie choices, use the footer control; a cookie choice does not delete a previously submitted inquiry.
